  • We start with a free 15-minute intro call. You tell me what’s going on (or what’s a total mess), and I’ll ask a few questions to get a feel for what you need. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a proposal or next steps!

  • It depends on what you need – some clients want a quick cleanup, others need ongoing support or training. I’ll give you a clear price upfront before anything starts. No surprise invoices. No weird hourly tracking stress.

  • Some projects take a week. Others turn into long-term partnerships. We’ll define a timeline together based on what you’re trying to accomplish. You’re never locked into anything :)

  • Not at all. QuickBooks Online is the most common tool I work with, but I’m comfortable learning other systems too – it’s just a different instrument playing the same music. If your platform works, I’ll figure it out (and if it doesn’t, I’ll tell you why).

  • Mostly small businesses, solopreneurs, creatives, coaches, consultants – you know, people wearing too many hats and trying to make it work. If you care about understanding your numbers or just want someone competent to handle it? You’re my kind of person.

  • Absolutely. I offer 1:1 training and workshops designed to make your numbers make sense – without making your brain short-circuit. If you’re the DIY type but just need a financial translator, I got you.
